Normative Comparisons and Benchmarking

Genesee’s reports provide managers normative comparisons for their survey scores, as well as insight into the range of scoring scenarios from benchmark to lagging. Using our GenView® web reporting system, managers are able to compare demographic cuts within their data to those same cuts in the normative data, providing an “apples to apples” comparison with just a few clicks of the mouse. Choose from one or more of the following norms options:

• GEO^SM Norms
  Genesee’s international norms provide a comparison to countries in North America, Europe and Asia using a representative sample that is updated annually. The GEO Norms provides a more accurate comparison than client based norms can, and it lets you compare your results by region, industry,
  and other demographics. Clients can also include their own unique questions in this annual international survey.

• On-demand Norms
  Genesee can also conduct normative research on demand, providing data for your unique questions, for your specific industry or for a particular country.

• Consortium Norms
  Clients belonging to survey consortiums can have their normative comparisons inserted into manager reports as requested.

• Internal Norms
  We can build an internal normative database consisting of your most recent survey scores, allowing you to identify your organization’s specific “Best in Class” goals for managers to use as a gauge for improvement efforts.
