Data Management Process

Your Genesee survey team works with your organization to ensure a smooth data process from administration to reporting.

• We help create specifications which includes establishing a hierarchy of your organization, evaluating demographic cuts, identifying comparisons, and ensuring anonymity.

• Questionnaires received, if paper, are sequence numbered and entered to create a data file. If a web survey was used, then data is collected and downloaded from the live server for processing.

• We set up a database using all data from the survey and merging into one file for processing.

• We perform multiple data integrity checks to assure quality.
