Once the strategy and objective of the survey has been determined, we would create a working session with key team members to help properly define engagement or other outcome (if desired) in terms of survey measures and linkage outcomes. We bring into this discussion:
- The summary of our leadership Blue Sky sessions.
- Knowledge from existing prescriptive models as well as what we have learned from creating a variety of descriptive models for our clients.
The working session helps bring into focus what employee engagement or other outcome means to the client organization, and more importantly, how the company wishes to use or build on this measure to achieve other goals.
