Paper-and-pencil survey administration

Paper-and-pencil survey questionnaires are prepared according to our customers' specifications. They may be shipped to a central location for internal distribution, delivered to specific locations, or sent directly to managers and employees. We track our deliveries when possible to assure the surveys have been received by the promised date. We have the capability to handle special administration needs, such as enclosing incentives or additional materials, and precoding surveys.

To assure anonymity and confidentiality, respondents are provided privacy envelopes to use when returning their completed surveys. These envelopes can be returned by the individual or in bulk shipments.

We key enter or scan the data from paper-and-pencil surveys using specific processes that help assure accuracy. Written comments are typed to avoid the potential of identification by handwriting. At a client's request, write-in comments may be edited to remove names and identifying information.

Once the surveys have been logged and key entered, they are saved until the survey reports have been accepted by the client, then destroyed.
