Dr. Sarah Johnson joined Genesee in 2004 after nearly 20 years experience managing global survey programs at Eastman Kodak, IBM, and Procter & Gamble. She has served on the boards of both the Mayflower Group and the Information Technology Survey Group. Since joining Genesee, Sarah has lead many large scale survey projects including Comcast, GE, Procter and Gamble and Xerox Corporation.
Sarah has a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and has presented many papers at professional conferences in the area of Employer of Choice and survey research. She contributed a chapter to Dr. Allen Kraut’s just published book “Getting Action from Organizational Surveys” Jossey-Bass (2006), as well as to Kraut’s 1996 book “Organizational Surveys”, also published by Jossey-Bass. Sarah received a bachelors degree in psychology from Purdue University, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She holds an MA and PhD in industrial/organizational psychology from The Ohio State University. |
