Paul M. Mastrangelo Biography

Dr. Paul M. Mastrangelo is a senior consultant and director of client services at Genesee Survey Services, where he collaborates with large scale organizations in the design, implementation, and analysis of survey assessments for organizational development. Some of his ongoing client projects include Johnson & Johnson, Hewlett Packard, Cisco Systems, and Raytheon. He also led the development of Genesee’s Action System to enhance post-survey change management efforts.

Previously, Paul was a tenured associate professor at the University of Baltimore where he directed the Master’s program in Applied Psychology. Paul has published in various media, including the Journal of Applied Social Psychology, HR.com, Mental Measurements Yearbook, and Applied HRM Research. He was a contributing author for Getting Action from Organizational Surveys: New Concepts, Technologies and Applications (Kraut, 2006).

Paul received his PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Ohio University in 1993 and his BA in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island in 1989, where he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Paul has been with Genesee for 4 years.
