Genesee Survey Services, Inc. hosted the 2006 Employee Survey Roundtable September 28 and 29 in Rochester, New York. This year's Roundtable entitled “Focus on the Essentials…Measure What Matters, Make the Connections and Communicate with Impact” achieved an overall rating of “Excellent” by survey participants.
The Roundtable agenda featured presentations,
and a variety of activities designed to help survey leaders from Fortune 500 companies learn about innovative approaches, tools and processes for large-scale survey programs from each other, Genesee staff and outside speakers. Presenters led sessions in a variety of formats designed to best promote an open exchange of ideas.
