Genesee hosted its first annual Employee Survey Roundtable on November 4th and 5th in Rochester, NY. The meeting was a resounding success and achieved all of the objectives to include:

Providing a forum for companies to share best practices and gain new knowledge around employee survey programs.

Satisfying current client requests for an ongoing forum to share best practices on topics that are important to them.

Exploring topics of interest like the possibility of developing global norms.

Having some fun and learning new things about surveys in the process.
