The Genesee Advantage

Our experience and research has determined that there are a number of factors in addition to employee engagement that are necessary for an organization to be successful. We developed The Genesee Advantage Framework© to help clients understand the factors that influence engagement and customer alignment, and the components of Advantage can be used to guide the creation of an organization research agenda and employee survey.
