Requirements:

• CPA and MBA.
• At least 15 years experience in business management.
• High level management/business experience in/with one or more Fortune 500 companies
• Successful entrepreneurial experience developing/growing business venture

Desirable:

• Managerial experience in or working with HR department of Fortune 500 company
• Experience as CFO/COO/CEO of a successful business venture.
• High level sales/marketing experience working with Fortune 500 clients

Job Description:

Complete financial management of $5M professional services firm, reporting to CEO.

Supervise staff consisting of:

• Staff Accountant
• Accounts Coordinator
• Part-time Clerical Help

Direct responsibility for:

• Financial management policy & procedures
• Final/formal preparation of financial statements
• Coordination of annual review of finances by independent accountant
• Coordination of tax returns prepared by independent accountant
• Management of fiscal assets & liabilities
• Financial/legal document preparation/review
• Coordination with legal counsel when necessary
• Establishment of employment & fringe benefit policies & procedures
• 401(k) trustee and management of all fringe benefit contracts/relationships
• Hands-on use of all features of Great Plains Dynamics as necessary

Cooperative responsibility for:

• Supporting sales/business relationship with Fortune 500 clients/prospects
• Current business management decisions with other officers
• Strategic planning/management to allow business to grow beyond $5M level
• Management of supplier relationships & accounts payable
• Shareholder communications with Secretary-Treasurer
• Management of physical assets & office security with other officers
