Our consultants combine organization assessment skills with process consultation expertise to facilitate organization development and accelerate planned change. By providing strategic human resource information, we complete our clients' people research teams. Our toolkit includes census and pulse surveys, new-hire and employee exit surveys, 360º feedback, leadership interviews, online action planning, guided feedback sessions, group interventions and other targeted follow-up techniques. We collaborate with senior leaders and organization effectiveness managers around the globe.

We are expanding our consulting staff.
We are actively seeking consultants who will work closely with clients to define their assessment needs and design appropriate projects and interventions. The successful candidate will be involved in research design, questionnaire/project development, data analysis, presentations to management and employees, guidance for action planning and process consultation. As you grow in this role, you will have opportunities to take on more responsibility in leading client engagements, guiding top-level managers and developing new client services.

The successful candidate will have a PhD in I/O psychology or a closely related field plus relevant experience in a corporate or consulting environment. Other qualifications include:

• Experience in the use of organization research and/or employee surveys to guide organization development and change management, and in-depth understanding of organizational change processes


• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills to build partnerships with client contacts and to work effectively with internal team members


• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, particularly in explaining complex analytical results to non-statistical audiences in a persuasive manner


• Strong personal computer skills including fluency with PowerPoint, Excel, and SPSS


• Statistical skills (e.g., chi-square, regression, factor analysis) and the ability to learn more complex analyses such as SEM (AMOS) and Relative Weight Analysis


• Excellent conceptual and problem solving skills
