Dr. Paul Mastrangelo, Senior Consultant and Director of Client Services, and Ingwer Borg, ZUMA (Mannheim Germany) are working together to write a practically oriented book that details both the factors to be considered and the steps necessary for developing a successful employee survey process from planning to action. The authors draw upon organizational psychology and survey methodology, as well as their wide practical experience with employee surveys in North America, Europe and multinationally.
This book titled “Employee Surveys in Management: Theories, Tools, and Practical Experiences” offers a host of models, methods, examples, and theories for follow-up processes, including standard and non-standard data analysis, presentations of results to top management, running workshops with managers and staff on the planning and implementation of actions. Numerous practical tips and checklists are provided in a down to earth fashion that can be readily transferred for use in your organization.
