Genesee continues to find ways to better serve our clients and we are delighted to announce the promotion of two of our consultants. Dr. Paul Mastrangelo and Dr. Sarah Johnson have been promoted to Director of Client Services.
Each of them will continue their roles as consultants but will take on added responsibility for leading two new client-centered teams. Each team consists of consultants, account managers, project managers, project assistants, questionnaire developers, dedicated IT support and comment processors.
This new structure builds on our longstanding team approach but in a more formalized way. It will create more efficient project teams by building on experience within our company while allowing for continued innovation and flexibility which is the hallmark of our partnership with clients.
