Three of Genesee’s consultants have recently made contributions to Dr. Allen Kraut’s book “Getting Action From Organizational Surveys” Jossey-Bass (2006). In this book, Dr. Eldridge describes the value of norms, including the research that Genesee has done to establish the relatively narrow range that distinguishes the 90th percentile from the 10th percentile. Dr. Sarah Johnson describes her work in taking very complex information and turning it into a communication that makes a difference. Dr. Paul Mastrangelo describes many of the unique attributes to conducting surveys in global businesses.
Dr. Kraut’s latest book is a recent addition to the SIOP Professional Practice Series and presents state-of-the-art ideas and guidance on how to get action from organizational surveys by top experts in the field. The book shows new ways of looking at and understanding surveys and their role. Also included are new technologies, improved statistical approaches, and communication methods that promote action.
