The Information Technology department acts as a support department, developing tools and applications that aid in the entire survey cycle. This includes internal tools specific to Genesee's use and external tools that every client uses as part of a survey cycle. The department handles all aspects of the software lifecycle — from requirements gathering, to design, to successful implementation of the design using industry standard, cutting edge techniques, to maintaining the infrastructure required to operate these tools.
