Customer Services/Processing

The Customer Services department is responsible for the processing and reporting phase of the survey cycle. The team includes Project Managers who oversee set-up of the database and reporting system as well as managing the reporting structure. Project Managers are supported by Project Assistants who help with system set-up and quality assurance. The third component of the group is the comment processing team which transcribes and edits open-ended comments according to client specifications.
