Our consultants combine organization assessment skills with process consultation expertise to facilitate organization development and accelerate planned change. By providing strategic human resource guidance we complete our clients' people research teams. We bring a wealth of experience gained from advanced degrees in IO Psychology and experience collaborating with senior leaders and organization effectiveness managers around the globe.

The consultant working with you will:

  • Help create your people research agenda by developing a long term plan for collecting information and providing insights to company leaders on an ongoing basis.

  • Create content that is meaningful to the company’s managers and employees, and can create real and useful action across the organization.

  • Apply statistical training and experience to provide in-depth analysis and interpretation of results.

  • Work with you to present the findings to your executive team providing the key storyline that leadership (and managers) can follow through the action planning process.

  • Provide the training and coaching needed so managers throughout the organization can share the results with employees and take constructive action at the local level.

  • Conduct focus groups, action planning workshops, and OD coaching all customized to meet the unique needs and objectives of your organization.

  • Guide you through the design to the action phases, helping assure your survey effectively meets your goals.
